When you book a free demo class, enrol in a programme or contact us via WhatsApp, we collect: your name, email, phone number, programme/subject of interest, and any message you send. If you create a Student LMS account, we also collect your school name, year group and academic preferences.
When you use the Sev7n LMS, we record: class attendance, recordings of your live classes (visible only to you, your tutor and your parents), assessment submissions, and feedback from your tutor.
To respond to your enquiry within 24 hours; to match you with an appropriate IB Examiner; to deliver and track your classes; to send monthly progress reports to parents; and to comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not advertise to children. We do not share recordings with any third party.
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing sev7nib@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
